Being a teacher , this is a comment I usually hear from students. write a calculator program using java 1. ask the user for 2 numbers 2. print out four statements on new lines with the result for a. addition b. subtraction c. mutiplication d. division is not one of the most liked topics amongst students . I never encourage my pupils to get ready made answers from the internet , however I do encourage them to use Algebrator. I have developed a liking for this software over the years . It helps the students learn math in a convenient way.

It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebrator. This is not exactly a tutoring tool but it provides solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this software product is that it is very user friendly. There are several demos given under various topics which are quite useful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math.
