I've always wanted to learn factoring cubed, it seems like there's a lot that can be done with it that I can't do otherwise. I've browsed the internet for some good learning resources, and consulted the local library for some books, but all the data seems to be targeted at people who already understand the subject. Is there any tool that can help new people as well?
Truly May Jesus save us students from the wrath of factoring cubed. I used to face same problems that you do when I was there. I always used to be confused in Pre Algebra, Algebra 1 and Intermediate algebra. I was worst in factoring cubed until I came to know of Algebrator. It is really Great and I would truly recommend it. The best part of the software is that it will also help you learn algebra and not just list your answers. I found Algebrator effective and am sure it will help you too. Enjoy!
It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebrator. This is not exactly a tutoring device but it offers solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this product is that it is very user friendly. There are several demos given under various topics which are quite helpful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math.
I remember having problems with fractional exponents, equivalent fractions and graphing lines. Algebrator is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Pre Algebra and Remedial Algebra. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
